What is A Cord of Three?
It is a ministry! It is a cause that seeks to address four areas of need in the coast of Kenya.
These causes are
1. To educate students! Quite a number of students who perform well in their high school education are not able to proceed to higher levels of education due to lack of funding.
2.To support families! Some families come from very harsh backgrounds. These families may include the students supported by A Cord of Three. A Cord of Three seeks to provide decent homes for these families and meet some of their basic needs.
3.Infrastructure support for churches! Many pastors struggle to put up simple buildings. Eventually, this affects the ministry offered due to lack of space or suitable buildings.
4.Improve farming and provide clean water! A Cord of Three seeks to put up a model farm that will teach the communities how to do farming that honors God and restores the environment.

The enabler of all, GOD, who says, “ Is anything too hard for me?” “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine.”

My father was a preacher! Oh, was he a passionate church planter! He was the first Southern Baptist in Kenya and went on to serve the Lord even to his last breath. Some of the churches he started were in rented rooms, some under a tree, while some were in make-shift shelters. Today, many churches dot the area he served God diligently. But, sadly, some of them are lacking the basic infrastructure. They cannot offer a decent place of worship for children, youth, and adults. Where God will enable me, together with many like you, A Cord of Three wants to change this picture and narrative.
Wateule Farm
Wateule Farm serves as a model for innovative farming techniques and as a center for learning, restoration, retreat, and worship. This initiative includes efforts like reforestation, crop diversification, and ecological balance, addressing both local and global challenges. Community-based farming education and reforestation initiatives empower local communities to adopt sustainable agricultural methods and restore the land for future generations.
